Support to add trackball for the single tooltip

To provide support for trackball in tooltip, even when shared is set to false.

Current Behavior: The trackball will not be included in the tooltip if the shared value is false.

Expected Behavior: The trackball has to be shown in the tooltip even when shared is set to false.
