Hello,

There is a user interface control that appears as an ellipsis (...) within the Breadcrumb component for the Menu and Collapsed OverflowModes. From my perspective, this acts like a button. In the Menu mode, it opens a menu. In Collapsed mode, it unhides the other breadcrumb items.

However, there is no HTML or aria attributes to indicate these features or provide an accessible label. This would be an accessibility issue based on WCAG criterion 4.1.2 . Having this information would allow screen reader users to know that it is interactive and what it does.

My testing is based on your demo available at the following page: https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/breadcrumb/overflow-modes?theme=fluent

If you need more information, let me know. Thank you!
