Support for document level security in WPF PDF Viewer

Need to provide support for document level security using Wpf PDF Viewer. Like below functionalities need to be restricted as per the document permission.
  1. Copy contents.
  2. Annotation editing.
  3. Printing.

In Adobe Reader,  security can be provided at the document level with the following steps.
  1. Open the document properties from "Ctrl + D".
  2. Change the permissions of the document for the specific functionalities.
