Programmatically Highlight Keywords

I am trying to find and highlight some specific keywords programmatically.

For example:

given keywords are "hello", "syncfusion"
find all "hello" and "syncfusion" words in loaded document and highlight them


if it is possible, can you please explain with a simple code snippet
