Enhance the MaskedEntry to set the prompt character visibility when control get focus

Introduce a new property, SetPromptOnFocus, which sets the prompt character upon focusing and removes it upon unfocusing the control. This property aids in utilizing the placeholder property to guide users with the correct mask format.

In Xamarin.Forms, SfMaskedEdit has a similar property called "HidePromptOnLeave." When this property is set to true, prompt characters are ignored when the control loses focus. However, the prompt characters are restored when the control is refocused.
