Validation Tooltip Position Issue on Adding New Record at Bottom in Grid

When the parent grid's height is set to 600 px and the inner grid's height is set to 100%, an issue arises when adding a new record at the bottom of the grid. The validation tooltip creates white space and appears below the grid, causing a visual glitch. To replicate the issue, refer to the attached sample.
