When we clear the value of the timepicker and click on the next field, the value is not cleared in Safari

Issue Description:

 When we enter the value and clear the value of the timepicker and click on the next field, the value is not cleared in Safari. Please find the video reference.

Replication Procedure: 

  • Run the given sample in lambda (safari)
  • Enter the value(01:23) and press enter.
  • clear the value.
  • Click on the next field . See the issue.


Current Behavior : Currently, the value is not cleared in Safari.


Expected Behavior :
The value should be cleared in Safari.
