Provide support for adjustable visible tab item count in .NET MAUI SfTabView

We propose the addition of a new feature that allows developers to control the visible tab item count within the SfTabView. By introducing this capability, users can tailor their tab view to accommodate various screen sizes, orientations, and user preferences.

Feature Behavior:

In order to share the header space equally, the user can set the number of tabs that can be distributed in the available space through VisibleHeaderCount of SfTabView.
