DialogUtility definition returns different type at runtime

DialogUtility.confirm and alert return a DialogModel in your current definitions, but at runtime the return a Dialog.  The definition is noticeably different from the Dialog and requires a lot of extra null checks to use the APIs.  It would be nice if these types were in sync.
