Make a MVVM version for OnDemandLoading

The OnDemandLoading only works in CodeBehind by accessing the "AccessedObject.sfDataPager' which is a component of the view.
There should be a possibility to use OnDemandLoading via the viewmodel because of testing and general architecture.

Please provide a possibility to use OnDemandLoading with MVVM architecture.
