Provide support for dynamically adjusting the TabBarHeight in TabView based on its content in .NET MAUI

The height of the tab bar can be customized by setting the TabBarHeight property. The default height is 48. But we don’t have support for dynamically adjusting its TabBarHeight, So We need to implement support for dynamically adjusting the TabBarHeight in TabView for .NET MAUI based on its content

 

Feature behavior

 

With dynamic TabBarHeight, the TabView can utilize space more efficiently. It allows the TabBar to be smaller when there is less content and expand when there is more content, avoiding wasted space and ensuring that the UI looks clean and well-organized.
