Kanban should allow the whole station as dropdown

The Kanban only allows a card to be droped into the specific highlighted area. That's not practical for a board with many cards, where the user needs to scroll up and down the view all cards.

You can see from the video that we can't move the Card #16 into the next board because the dropping area is not available on the screen. And it might be hard to move the card and enable the Kanban to scroll up.

The Kanban should allow the card to be dropped anywhere on the station, and not only on the highlighted dropdown area.
