Incorrect format for DateOnly

When a DatePicker with a custom date format (e.g. "M/dd/y") is bound to a DateOnly using ejs-for, the component displays it in the wrong format.

A similar behavior exists for TimePicker with TimeOnly.

These behaviors are fixed by using a DateTime object instead.
