Provide support for DropDownButtonSettings in SfComboBox in .NET MAUI

We need to implement the support for DropDownButtonSettings in SfComboBox in .NET MAUI


Feature Behaviour


The dropdown button can be customized using the DropDownButtonSettings property in the following ways:


    FontFamily

    FontIcon

    FontSize

    FontColor and so on..


This feature will allow customizing the dropdown button in SfComboBox by specifying properties like FontFamily, FontIcon, FontSize, FontColor, and more. The implementation will provide the ability to style the dropdown button to match the desired visual appearance.
