Provide support for DropDownClosed event in SfComboBox in .NET MAUI

We need to implement the support for DropDownClosed event in SfComboBox in .NET MAUI

 

Feature Behaviour :

 

The DropDownClosed event in a ComboBox is triggered when the drop-down portion of the ComboBox is closed, either by selecting an item or by clicking outside the drop-down area
