Popup position is not proper when we enable rtl mode and allowfiltering

Popup position is not proper when we enable rtl mode and allowfiltering

Sample: 

Case1:

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample
  2. open the popup
  3. and again open the popup
  4. You can see the issue

Expected Behaviour: popup should open from right to left 

Current Behaviour: on first open it still opens from the left side and from the second time is open correctly.

Case2:

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample
  2. filter the value
  3. You can see the issue

Expected Behaviour: popup should open from right to left even after filtering

Current Behaviour: After filtering popup position has changed
