SaveProgress event for PdfLoadedDocument

With help of SaveProgress event, the current status of saving an existing PDF document(PDFLoadedDocument) can be known. SaveProgress for newly created document(PDFDocument) has been already implemented so similar implementation need to be done for existing document(PDFLoadedDocument)
