saveAsBlob('Html') and Insert Table are invalidated Declined - Cannot Reproduce

As asked, saveAsBlob ('Docx') works very well, but saveAsBlob ('Html') doesn't fire at all。

Now I don't respond endlessly when I click Insert Table on the container toolbar while editing word
