Provide support to change the hint position aligned with the leading view in SfTextInpuLayout in .NET MAUI

We need to implement support for changing the hint position in SfTextInputLayout in .NET MAUI, specifically aligning it with the leading view.


Note : The customer wants to change the position of the hint (placeholder when text is entered) to the far left, aligned with the leading view.
