Provide Dropped event for the Tabs component

Need to provide the support for Dropped event(executed just after existing "Dragged")  in the Tab component. 

Use case: If we want to take the tab's reorder items (tabObj.items) after drag and drop, however we can't retrieve the new orders in the Dragged event right now. Only the tabObj.items will be modified following the Dragged event. Therefore, support must be given for the Dropped event, which occurs immediately after the Dragged event. We can retrieve the tab's modified items via the Dropped event.
