Provide support for connecting to File Manager without a REST API connection

Blazor Server serves as the backend, operating on the server side and having access to all resources. Therefore, it does not solely rely on communication through REST or external API calls and controllers; instead, it directly communicates with the database. As a result, support is required for establishing a connection to the File Manager without utilizing a REST API connection using AjaxSettings. 

In other words, there is no necessity to process the request through an HTTP request call.
