Provide support for displaying text on top of the barcode

Current Behavior : By default in the SfBarcodeGenerator, when the showValue property is enabled, the text will be displayed only at the bottom of the barcode. 

Proposed Behavior : Now, we need to provide support to display the text on both top or bottom of the barcode when the showValue property is enabled.
