There is a memory leak in the DropDownList

There is a Memory leak in Angular DropdownList component.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample in edge browser.
  2. Destroy the element
  3. Open the Detached Element tab.
Expected: Input Element should detached
Actual: Input Element is not detached.
