To show the prompt dialog while opening the excel file that contains external reference in it

Need to show the prompt dialog while opening the excel file in to spreadsheet which contains external reference in it. If the excel file contains the formula that refers another workbook, need to show the prompt dialog as like MS Excel. The dialog contains Ok and Cancel buttons, if we click OK the file needs to imported or if we click Cancel button the file import needs to be skipped.
