Preselect value is not updated on cascading dropdownlist when we render inside the dialog

Replication procedure :

1.   Run the Sample.

2.   Click schedule jobs

3.   Click third row edit button

4.   Preselect value is not updated on bank and spot

 

Expected Output: Preselect value should binded properly

Current Output: Preselect value is not updated properly
