Saving sfdt as .docx file - missing TOC (Table of Contents)

Everything works great after creating Spring boot java web service, as described in article:

https://ej2.syncfusion.com/vue/documentation/document-editor/web-services/java#save-as-other-file-formats-by-passing-sfdt-string

After saving file as .docx from previously generated sfdt string, file is missing table of contents.
