"File name is not allowed" when attempting to upload a utf-8 filename on the uploader

"File name is not allowed" when attempting to upload a utf-8 filename on the uploader

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample
  2. Upload the attached pdf on uploader
  3. You can see the issue
Expected: uploader should not throws error message while we upload a correct file name
Output: Uploader throws "File name is not allowed" message when attempting to upload a utf-8 filename
