Tooltip persisting and multiplying on grid render

Steps to repro in attached project:

  1. Find a column where the header has an ellipsis and the column items have ellipsis (string columns will work fine for this in the attached project)
  2. Hover over grid cell and see a tooltip
  3. Press "Render" button
  4. Hover over grid cell again
  5. T0oltip appears and is not stuck on the page
  6. Move mouse around and hover on grid header notice the tooltip will continue to grow with more items
