Resizing an appointment in Scheduler is not working properly when specific scheduler properties are enabled.

When the Scheduler properties such as startHour, endHour and timeScale are defined together with specific values, appointment resizing action not working properly in timeline day, week and work week views alone.

Issue 1:

Just create the appointment in 30th April and resize the appointment to 1st May, the appointment is not render properly in the above link.

Issue 2:

Create the appointment from 1st Jan to 31st March and right resize the appointment in the 3rd Feb, the appointments should not resize like the month view but it resizing.
