When using the ComboBox with virtualization and scrolling, it skips a few elements

When using the ComboBox with virtualization and scrolling, it skips a few elements. The issue only occurs when using itemTemplate, and before version 21.1.35, the virtualization does not work with item templates.

Replication procedure :

1.   Run the Sample.

2.   Open the popup and scroll down.


Expected Output: While scrolling, it does not skip any elements

Current Output: While scrolling, it skips a few elements.
