spinner does not disappear on page load

Spinner does not disappear properly on page load when we set true and false to bind-visible property on OnInitializedAsync method

Replication procedure :

1.   Run the Sample.

2. load the page continuously

3. You can see the issue

 Expected Output: Spinner should disappear properly

Current Output: spinner not disappear properly
