Preselect value is not updated on dropdownlist when we render inside dialog

Replication procedure :

1.   Run the Sample.

2.   open the dialog

3. You can see the issue

 Expected Output: Binded value should updated properly

Current Output: Bind value is not updated on dropdownlist
