Improve scrolling performance while importing Excel containing larger conditional formats

To improve scrolling performance while importing Excel files that contains larger conditional formats with frozen applied sheets. The excel contains wide range applied cell formats like borders, colors, formulas etc.

Scenario 1:
 
# Import the attached excel file, it takes more time to render the sheet.

Scenario 2:

# On vertical and horizontal scrolling the imported file, it takes more time to load the data
# The scrolling is also not smooth 

Scenario 3:

# On horizontal scrolling the file, the row height of 2-nd and 3-rd row are increasing.
