Unable to Add Subitems to ColumnMenu/ContextMenu in Syncfusion Blazor Grids

After updating to version 22.1 of Syncfusion Blazor Grids, a breaking change has been observed. The property "Items" in the ColumnMenu/ContextMenuItemModel of the Grids component is now read-only. This change affects the ability to add subitems to the column menu or context menu. As a result, the previous approach to adding subitems no longer works. A solution is needed to address this breaking change and provide a way to add subitems to the menu items.
