Provide option to render the popup with custom target

Currently, all overlay components, like autocomplete, dropdown..., is rendered in body. If component target is a new window, using Angular Portal for example, then popup will show in the main window and not in the new window. So, we need to provide option to render the overlay popup with custom target instead of body.
