Popup position is not starts from right to left when we enable rtl mode

When the popup width is larger then the source field width, the position of the popup supposed to start from the right side of the source field and not from the left side :

The popup position supposed to be like this :


 

Replication procedure :

1.   Run the Sample.

2.   Open the popup

3.   You can see the issue

 

Expected Output: Popup should opens from right to left position

Current Output: Popup is opened as normal mode
