ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown when we set ZoomLevel to Maps and then add the control in visual tree

Replication Procedure:

  1. Create instance for SfMaps and enable zooming feature.
  2. Now set ZoomLevel as 2 for SfMaps and then add the control in visual tree.
  3. Now the ArgumentOutOfRangeException will be thrown.
