Add new option to set Pager at the Top/Bottom/Both in the DataGrid component

We use the DataGrid component in many NetCore applications.  We love the flexibility and functionality provided by the DataGrid component.  

I am working with Syncfusion support to get help displaying the pager on both the top and bottom of the grid.  

It would be beneficial to have a built-in option to set a pager at the Top/Bottom/Both 

e.g.

<e-grid-pagesettings pageCount="5" pageSizes="true" pager="top/bottom/both"></e-grid-pagesettings>
