Implement the zoomPanBehavior with GestureDetector and avoid unwanted panning after the initial zooming

After performing the pinch zooming, place a two finger in the chart area, series get move like jumping. 

  • Current behavior: When place the two finger after initial pinch zoom series get move.
  • Proposed behavior: Update the chart zoom level based on the two finger.
Need to change the code flow of the zoom pan behavior with the help of GestureDetecor and avoid the chart get panned while place the two finger on chart after the initial pinch zooming.
