To improve virtual scrollbar functionality in the pivot table

Scrollbar displays in the pivot table when the table content overflows the component width. However, when we set the "when scrolling" option in the MAC settings, the scrollbar does not display properly in the pivot table. This causes an incorrect data update while mouse scrolling and displays white space in the pivot table. Please refer the below video for your reference. So, to overcome this incompatibility, we need to improve the pivot table's scrollbar architecture.
