Build QtWebKit source with VC++ 2017 redistributables

Currently, QtWebKit HTML converter depends on VC++ 2010 redistributables. As there were many improvements made in VC++2017, need to build the QtWebKit source using VS2017 to make the converter depends on VC++ 2017 redistributables.
