When localization language(tr-TR) changed dependency editing not working properly in dialog box

The localization language (tr-TR) was changed, then the taskbar was double-clicked. The edit dialog box opened, and the dependency tab was navigated to. The predecessor options were selected, and then the delete button was clicked, but the action did not work.
