when a dropdownlist is clicked, the popup is misaligned on window resizing in rtl mode

when a dropdownlist is clicked, the popup is misaligned on window resizing in rtl mode

Replication procedure :

1.   Run the Sample.

2.   Open the popup

3.   And resize the window

4.   You can see the issue

 

Expected Output:  popup position should stable even after resize the window
