Improve Virtualization implementation in TreeViewAdv

In TreeViewAdv when Virtualization is enabled, the TreeeView items are not visible while viewing the control by resizing the window. So while fixing the issues while resizing, we face issues in scrolling. So we planned to improve the architecture of Virtualization, as it solves all the reported scenarios in TreeViewAdv.
