Enabling Persistence in EJS-Splitter Not Functioning as correctly

Issue Description:

 Adding the 'enablePersistence' property to EJS splitter, but it was not working.

Replication Procedure: 

  • Run the given sample.
  • Adjust the splitter.
  • Refresh the page .
  • See the issue.

Current Behavior :  If enablepersistence enables , it doesn’t maintain the component state at page reloads.


Expected Behavior :  If enablepersistence enables , it needs to maintain the component state at page reloads.
