Throws Validation error message when Issue Action button is clicked after filling all details

Issue Description:

 The validation error message is displayed when the Issue Action button is clicked after all details have been filled.

Replication Procedure: 

  • Run the given sample.
  • Fill all details.
  • Click the Issue action button.
  • See the issue.


Current Behavior :  .The validation error message is displayed after clicking the Issue Action button.

Expected Behavior :  The validation error message is should not be displayed.
