Implement the feature to show the hint at the top inside SfTextInputLayout which has a maximum height

Implement the feature to show the hint at the top inside SfTextInputLayout which has a maximum height. In the attached image, Hint is located at the center in the second SfTextInputLayout this should be placed at the top.
