Implement the IsBusy property for SfButton to show the Busy indicator animation inside the button

Implement the IsBusy property for SfButton to show the Busy indicator animation inside the button. The BusyIndicatorAnimation should automatically adjust the size based on the height of the SfButton and it should be center aligned horizontally and vertically.
