Vertical virtual scroll support for schedule month view

Enhance the scheduler month view by introducing vertical virtual scrolling functionality. 

Currently, the resources month view supports horizontal virtual scrolling. However, to provide a more comprehensive user experience, it is necessary to implement vertical virtual scrolling support in the month view. 

This feature will enable users to scroll through the scheduler vertically, allowing smooth navigation and efficient management of appointments.
