SfAccumulationChart causes high CPU usage

Hi

I've been investigating very high cpu usage in the program since about 1 week. I saw that SfAccumulationChart is seriously using cpu. Even when no one is using the system, I've seen around 40%-50% CPU usage. It never dropped to 0%.

Finally, I removed the SfAccumulationChart from the application for now. CPU never exceeded 5%. It dropped to 0% with no usage.
